Admission Requirements:

The admission application will be available online and applicants must meet the College of Aviation Technology requirements.

  • Self- Funding applicants at their own expense will be accepted based on the C.A.T requirements.
  • PUC Scholarship applications will be accepted based on PUC (Private Universities Council) requirements.

Officially we started the first academic year of 2015/2016 as per the ministerial decree no. 176 of year 2015 from the Ministry of Higher Education-Private Universities Council.

For any school system not listed above, the High School will be reviewed case-by-case by the Admission Office to calculate it. Applicants must hold a Science section Secondary School Certificate. For British system IGCSE should include a pass grade in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Required Documents

All applicants must complete an online C.A.T application and provide the below required documents:

  1. High School Certificate

 

  1. Government and Arabic Private School Graduates:
  • One Arabic original copy authenticated by the Ministry of Education.
  • One English original copy of the High School Certificate authenticated by the Ministry of Education.

 

  1. Foreign Private School Graduates (American, British, Indian, Pakistani, etc.) and Graduates from outside of Kuwait:

 

  • One copy of the High School Transcript.
  • One original Equivalency Letter issued by the Private Education Department addressed to the College of Aviation Technology.
  1. Valid Civil ID copy.
  2. Valid passport copy
  3. Three photographs / blue background (4×6).


Applicants with a Learning Difficulties /Special needs requirements

 

  1. current medical report
  2. A valid Certificate of Disability from the Public Authority of Disabled Affairs

Placement tests

The placement test is the most important stage of admission and registration. The College of Aviation Technology utilizes (computer-based test) for English proficiency and Mathematics, applicants will be accepted according to the test score.

 Applicants will be exempt from English Test when submitting 5.5 for Academic IELTS score or 71 internet- based TOEFL score.

  • Validity period of IELTS/TOEFL (2 years from the test date)
